Received ITA, want to change spouse is not accompanying to accompanying spouse

Hi Everyone,

I got ITA on Feb 13 CEC Draw in this Draw lowest cut-off is 75.
When I created my EE profile I filled it with my wife is not accompanying me because my CRS score was going down up to 20 points.
But now I want to change it to accompanying wife as even now my CRS score will be a drop but it would not go below the cut-off point (75), it would be 440.

Please advise if it is safe to do. I am worried if they would reject my application.
Please advise what are the steps to do it.

Add your spouse but add an LOE to explain why you wanted to add your spouse and that your score is still above cut off and still meet CEC Minimum entry criteria / eligibility.
