I will elaborate the scenario for you here.

Suggestion please.

-Facts

1. I started my job on 27th may 2021.

2. My 1 year work anniversary on 27 May 2022.

3. I submitted my EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE ON 10 April 2022.

4. I met the MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENT under CEC.

5. I submitted the profile 1 month and 17 days before my work anniversary.

6. Still my profile got eligible under CEC.

-IRCC REQUIREMENTS BEFORE I SUBMIT MY EE PROFILE.

1. I have at-least 1 year of Canadian experience before submitting my EE ( CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS) PROFILE.

-My question for you is.

1. Since My EXPRESS ENTRY profile is accepted by IRCC under (CEC) even though I was short 1 month and 17 days on the day I submitted my profile. Is it okay.

2. If not, should I delete this profile and create a new one?

( because If I submit a new profile today, i will meet the 1 year work experience requirement)

why did you take risk beforehand? If you can wait till you get your one year experience then why did you create your profile before that? because most of the folks I know declined their ITA because they did not meet the MEC. I don't know what is the logic behind creating profile one month before eligibility and then declining the ITA.

Hey, did you end up applying? If yes, what's the status? I'm in the same dilemma.
