Will i get extention of deadline?30 days but i got it 22th day

Why do you require an extension? Is it required so you can get a letter from your employer in another country? Just be doubly sure that any correspondence you have with VO is correct. All the best.

Dear Dreames,

First of all don't take stress. Relax and think from the perspective of the visa officer. Than think what your course of action will be.
You need to
1. Write a letter to CHC ND explaining that you received the letter late. In this letter you can mention that your job does not require high level English skills and that your present IELTS score will be sufficient. Also say that you and your family are making attemp to learn English language so that you can successfully integrate into the Canadian culture. IF possible show them proof of your studies in English(at school & college level) and at your work place(mentioning that dwgs, etc you receive are in english).
2. You can ask them directly whether they want you to give exam again.
3. You already have a job offer. So ask your employer, if possible, to provide a letter similiar to the one you are writing where he can state that this job doesn't require high level English.
4. Make a serious effort to learn English. This will help you and your family to integrate successfuly into Canadian Culture

Thankx nano ,my canadian employer ready to give supporting letter but we have no time

Get an email from them.
And say that you'll get the hard copy the one with the letter head, later as you had limited time.

When is your telephone interview?

This is just a heads up to any non speaking English applicants to Canada.

New rules, probably coming into force Spring/Summer of 2011 will degree, that a higher level of English comprehension will be needed to obtain immigration status in Canada.

This is one area that the Government of Canada has received criticism of their immigration policies and with elections approaching, are taking very, very seriously.

Too many immigrants, with low English skills, have been given PR status in the past. Canada will no longer tolerate, low or even moderate English skills. To integrate into Canadian society, your English or French (dependent on which Provence you are settling in) skills must be of a higher level, regardless of what job or skill you are applying for.

This will probably apply to future immigration candidates but meanwhile, anyone that feels that their language skill could be improved should start preparing now. This will be a zero tolerance factor in the future, no matter how many points you score, and therefore people should be warned and prepared for this.

2. Have you been sent a letter or an e-mail for poor IELTS score clarification?
3. Is it the same letter which states both the things?
4. Does the letter say anything about 'Procedural Fairness'?
