Receipt to send with visa extension

Hi, Im applying to extend my stay as a visitor since next month we will be able to send the permanent residency application for common law.
My reason to extend is "await for PR application" hope this reason is ok since i havent send the PR yet, any suggestions are more than welcome!

I read that is better if i sent a receipt of payment for the permanent residency fees to show the application is going to be for real.
Im trying to do the payment and im confused as to which fee should be the one i should pay to send with my extended stay application.

As i understand there is a sponsorhip application $75 dls (would this one be necessary for the extension request?

Then the principal applicant $475 which im thinking will be the relevant one to proof, however, on the list now theres an option for "spouse, common-law or conjugal partner for $550...what is this fee?? can someone explain if its the one i have to pay?

And finally the right of permanent residence fee $490 which im planning to pay just before sending the actual PR application.

Can someone help me understand which should i pay and what is best to send with the visitor extension application?

If you can, it would be best to pay the whole $1040 now.

I plan on extending my visitor visa as well. I will be submitting my PR sponsorship application this week hopefully and extending my visitor visa by September 24th.

In the application to extend I am going to include a copy of the $1040 receipt and an explanation.
