And they say very confidently that this is the instruction they got from the Canadian Embassy for all Express entry PR applications. Now I am scared whether this will be reason for rejection:-[

I really don't think it matters. With the re-opening of yelena's case (the original medical misclassification case) I suspect that CIC has corrected its errors. We had a whole bunch of these mistakes after yelena's, and haven't had any new ones in a while. This is not something that is up to the applicant, so I truly think everyone should relax about it and work hard on the things we CAN influence.sidaktoronto said:thanks for your response asivad...everyone is still debating , some went for other medical category...its a big confusion....

EE profile made : 13 february
ITA : 27th march
Application submitted and AOR : 4th May
Medicals Passed : 18th May
Additional Documents request (travel history and family member details) : 4th August
Application refused : 21st August (Reason: VO wasn't satisfied with employment evidence)
My partner and I had the same category and we got PPR. But the problem was not in the category - or, more accurately, apparently only those with the CORRECT EE category (non-EDE, worker) were rejected, and only a very few of those - most in every category went through just fine.rahulpatel said:Mine is EDE family category and medical is passed since 1 month.
