Correct. But depends on what you want to do. Were the refusals for your PR or academic application?

Since your refusal states your PTE scores could not be validated, I'd suggest you use the IELTS scores (general in case of PR and Academic in case of Study)

I am not sure if it would be wise to take the GMAT route just because your application was refused owing to PTE scores not being validated. GMAT route will be long and expensive.

the thing is that i am not from business background i am from fashion design background and i dont know anything about gmat and mba.. now i want to ask here anyone from MBA, can non business people can do mba???

I thing Vo have some doubts regarding your marriage... Explain in sop why u got marriage early and for pte.. Take advice from some lawyer.

The MBA programs suggested are not very good. I would discourage spending all that money on one of those MBA program. Given your background and language scores you will likely struggle with the GMAT. Given there is a limited fashion industry in Canada I would assume there is some concern about why you would want to study in Canada.

You provided PTE as language test?, this is not a valid test, you need to do IELTS Academic or TOEFL and resubmit your application.
