since fswp is no more, how can u send it under fswp?
it was only possible if it would have been rejected due to a mistake from cic. since it was rejected not because of a mistake from cic but incompleteness from your side, hence ur mistake.....so even if u apply it will be returned back without even opening or may be they wont even return it and just discard it cos that fswp is no more there to accept any application under it.
