The app was received by cic before 1/2015 but I will be sending it again I a week is that ok or is express entry my only way now ?

By the way the APP was sent back do to insufficient ielts score

You cant sent app back after 31-12-2014 under fswp .FSWP is close after 31-12-2014 .Only can apply under EE from 01-01-2015 on wards

You application was returned as it was incomplete. Whatever you send after correction is considered a NEW application. Express entry is your ONLY option right now.

If your application was rejected for any reason except a mistake by CIC, you have NO choice but to go for EE. It doesn't matter when you sent in your application, the priority date is not reserved for you in cases of rejected applications. It is no different than not sending an application at all. Unfortunate but that's how it is.

I doubt thatbit will be considered because there is new rule in place (EE) since January. So please go for EE

since fswp is no more, how can u send it under fswp?

it was only possible if it would have been rejected due to a mistake from cic. since it was rejected not because of a mistake from cic but incompleteness from your side, hence ur mistake.....so even if u apply it will be returned back without even opening or may be they wont even return it and just discard it cos that fswp is no more there to accept any application under it.
