I got My MR mail on Friday night from my CANADIAN attorney.

CIC asked us to pay RPRF and complete the IMMIGRATION medical test.

I have paid the fee online and also done with medical.

as per Hospital reports will uploaded to embassy website max by Saturday.

That means your passport is being processed at your VO but it takes time, I am waiting with same status from 16th Mar.

1) If asked yes, do it. Mine didn't ask. Usually each document is issued against a person and that itself helps establish linkage. If you have a DD for RPRF, there you can pen down you file number at the back.

2) No.

3) Yes, attach a covering letter explaining why you have send this document and what are the changes.

4) No.

5) No, just copies.
