We received our MR e-mail (the first one, which says the MR forms will be sent separately) today, a few hours ago

We have been asked to pay RPRF, submit passport photocopies & MR.

PCC was not asked for.

You are still within normal timelines dear !

usually it takes 4-40 days after 2nd Line for getting Medical Request !

Sorry for delay but a good news

I got My MR mail on Friday night from my CANADIAN attorney.

CIC asked us to pay RPRF and complete the IMMIGRATION medical test.

I have paid the fee online and also done with medical.

as per Hospital reports will uploaded to embassy website max by Saturday.

1) As per the Cover Letter from CIC, I need to write UCI number and Application number on top of each sheet (hard copies) ? Am I right ?

2) Do I need to write UCI number and Application number on top or envelope/packet ? (I think I should not write because of security purpose, as it will be visible to anyone..example : Courier deliver team )

3) I renewed my passport to update the spouse name on it. Should I send the photocopy of updated passport to CIC ? ( as per cover letter CIC not asked me to send any passport photocopy as of now )

4) Do I need to send any document, other than mentioned in Cover letter from CIC ?

JUST SEND A RECEIPT OF MEDICAL DONE... REST HOSPITAL WILL UPLOAD THE RESULTS
