is there anything particular to be kept in mind for the photographs to be sent with the passports ? or can we send the same ones we sent with the visa application ?

Dear All Friends ,
This is for expressing some of our grievances and for some possible consolation from friends in this forum.
Four applicants from one of the consultancies applied in the month of May 2014 are stuck somewhere in the processing of our files.
We from NDVO
Applicants of FSWP 2013 , but cap was reached.
Then re-applied for FSWP 2014 in May 2014.

PER in Sept. 2014
Second line in Oct / Nov 2014
But no NEWS of MR so far for all of us. No sign of verification of job with employer. Why this much delay...we are really lost...What could be the possible reason...pls HELP US

Hi guys!

Just realised that we accidentally sent the application with the wrong printout of IMM5406E (Additional Family Information)

The Date Of Birth of my father-in-law has been mentioned incorrectly as 1956 instead of 1957. :-[

>Is there a chance of having that corrected?
>Has anyone dealt with something similar? Correction on the application form?
>Do you think CIC would entertain correction or would just reject the app?

I'm yet to receive AOR, Got PER on 15th March.

I will be very frank (hope my wife does not read this) ... I din know my F-I-Law's DOB and I just put in something as a place holder - which I was supposed to correct it later after finding out exact but then I sent the form with the same as I forgot about it. I have DM now and am awaiting PPR.

BTW is there any such documentation like marriage certificate or something that you may have sent (and unfortunately mentions the DOB of your F-I-L) to cross check the same against ?

And No there's no such document which mentions my F.I.L.'s date of birth. But I was thinking about the long-run, in case tomorrow when we are in Canada and need to call him there to visit or on a Family Sponsorship visa, I hope this mistake would not create a problem. As I think CIC would already have him in their database.

Photos you send has to be taken in past 6 months. If you send those photos(one you sent with application) again, they might ask you to re-submit another set causing delay. Better get a new set of photos.

PP request - 2nd March 2015
Visa recvd - 27th March 2015.

Planning to land by 2nd of Aug 2015..

Any update on the decision made (but no PPR) from NDVO.
Between Mar 20 - now???

I meant did any of the underneath mentioned people get PPR?
Seriously this year has been the worst for NDVO.

As suggested by GOKU I am removing stuff expect applicant name and DM date...

As per my observation of this forum.. Below are the list of NDVO applicants who received Decision Made between 20th to 26th March 2015 but still waiting for PPR and of-course I am one of them... NDVO shower's of PPR's hit us anytime... If any of the below mentioned applicant received PPR ,, plz plz let all of us know.... and of-course candidate who have received DM and are not in the list can continue this chain...

I applied in two NOC and by God grace.got MR N RPRF Request for both application on 28.3.15....
Now problem is i applied through consultant for one of my file n one i applied myself...
I need your comment as to which file i should keep,as my sec application has my updated job profile...and when shall i request NDVO To withdraw one application...
plzzzz sugggestttt..

Click "Immigration"
Click "Right of Permanent Resident Fee"
Input "Number of Applications"
Click "Submit"
Click " PAY"
Register yourself with a valid email id / Login using your details
Input card information
Finally, print your receipt
Fill the missing details with a pen like file number and UCI.
Sent this receipt to VO as proof of RPRF paid.

PS - You also get an email in the registered email id

somebody told me that a courier service cannot deliver on a address which has a P.O BOX number...
but i have seen people using bluedart and fedex so please help me...asap...
