Re-enter Canada with COPR and in Personal car

Hi All,

I did soft landing on June and planning to enter again via road in August for a short trip with the COPR (PR card will be with my friend in canada). Can you guys please help in clarifying below questions.

1. Can I enter Canada with just COPR and not with PR card even-though its delivered?
2. Can I travel with my own car (not on lien) without importing and enter US again? I already listed the car in Goods to Follow. I don't need to import, as I will be there only for 1 week.

I don't know about the customs aspects of your car, but if you can get yourself to the Canadian border by road and present yourself to a CBSA officer, he has access to the systems that will tell him whether your are PR or not, so you will be fine.

Any recent experiences? I called Border Control and they mentioned it will be up to the discretion of the border agent at time of entry.
