I am pretty sure anytime till 31st Dec should be OK, but if/when they close it in Jan, I am not sure. The Express Entry is supposed to start in Jan 2015, so I personally think anytime in Dec is OK. No guarantees after that.

31 DEC is announced final day for accepting .....

All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines.
