RCMP requested - CEC Inland - Vancouver

Hello,

I am kind of worried, I have been requested an additional request from IRCC : the police clearance RCMP from Canada.
I have given my fingerprinting. Now, I check their website that say it shouldn't take more than 72 hours. It's been a week.

Is it due to Covid? Anyone could post the delay to get that document from RCMP? I am 100 % sure I have no criminal past whatsoever?

Sometimes the delivery is delayed due to Canada Post. You should have been given instructions on how to email to check the status of your RCMP certificate.

I did mine at Commisionnaires and it was sent via regular mail.

You will get that copy by regular mail through Canada Post. For me, it took 10 days from the day I gave my fingerprints.

Really? Oh okay thanks then. Why they told me by email! So much stress for nothing lol.

I did my RCMP police record check at a local police station and it took about 10-12 days to arrive by mail. Then I uploaded it to my CIC account. This was in early October.
