HI DID ANYONE GET RCMP REQUEST LETTER IN 15 DAYS TIME AFTER GETTING AOR??

Also, can you please tell me if Rcmp cant send me the certificate within 2 months of the period which i have to send to CIC then what should i do? Should i inform CIC that it will take time and just show them the proof that i applied?

i have already the certificate but its 4 months now, i dont know whether i can send that one or not?
