RCMP Police Certificate for Deported Applicant

Hello ,

Could someone with similar circumstances give me an idea of how long would the RCMP take to issue a Police Certificate for a Person that overstayed in Canada and was ordered to leave Canada , but has no criminal record ?

When you say `Deported', do you really mean that person was officially deported from Canada? This is much more serious that simply being told/ordered to leave Canada voluntarily, because a deportation makes the person inadmissible to Canada.

she got a deportation order But was not physically escorted by Police , most of the people who needed ARC are in the same Boat .

A departure order becomes a deportation order if the person doesn't leave Canada within 30 days .

if there is no criminal record it comes back within a month. I know a
Company that delivers results within 2 weeks.

Sorry...you stated that she did receive a Deportation Order. Is that correct?

Being inadmissible to Canada because of a deportation is a much bigger problem than obtaining the RCMP clearance.

Yes she received a Deportation order so were 100s upon 100s of successful PR applicants , check the Authorization to Return to Canada thread , everyone there received a deportation order which seems to be not a problem at all .

The deportation order is nothing at all , she will be given an authorization to return to Canada like 10000s of other PR applicants in the family class before her .

she has no criminal record , I already sent the docs with Worldwide Forensic located at Town Center in Toronto .

Would you agree that unless/until the ARC is approved, a Deportation Order is `something'?

Not everyone that needs an ARC was the recipient of a Deportation Order.

Of course unless the ARC is approved there is a problem so does everything else during the process , i.e eligibity , security , helath etc .


only deported people needed an ARC . recipients or departure order or exclusion don't need an ARC , Only Deportation order recipients require an ARC .
