RCMP help

Hi folks

I got the email from CPC-CTD-Ottawa to submit my PCC from each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer.. I have two questions can you please help me..

1) I am lil confused with the RCMP thing.. should I submit fingerprint scans too or just Canadian PCC certificate is enough ?
2) For Indian PCC should I send the newly stamped clearance passport page copy too or just the PCC letter is enough

in both cases they only need a PCC letter saying "no reportable trace found"... no need to send passport copy or finger print scans
