Could anyone who got an RCMP request please let me know if we may open the RCMP envelope? Just got a result back from RCMP and not quite sure if I can open it, take out the result sheet and then re-send it to Ottawa Processing Centre. Thanks!

Agreed! Yes, you can. I sent mine to CPP-O with my initial submission. It was noted as attached with no reportable trace. No issues noted in GCMS.
