I got the same issue. Has refesh for 30mins but it is the same. Ah it works now.

I was able to login , but see no changes no emails , is the profile updated after the email reception ? kindly suggest what I should expect

my profile creation date is 16-Feb , however i update it on Dec-16 .. will tie breaker rule consider me 16-Feb ?

Totally, believe me this is just the beginning, you got at least half a year of waiting for that PPR email now lol.

Just its been a one year misery ... My Greencard was filed 2019 ..got rejected 2020 Dec , we start this process last year 2019 -Dec and finally we got the cutoff ...Just too much of wait has made me pessimistic.. that something can go wrong !
