Don't worry mate, "Two" and "Dual" same word. Your report clearly says both the degrees are 4 years equivalent and IRCC criteria for Dual degree also need to be 4 years degree.
You can certainly select Two or more degree. Good Luck

Yes it will open this year. As I said before, once the multi-year plan gets a go, provincial nomination program will receive multi-year target as well. So we should see regular nomination coming to all eligible candidates through out the year.

That's what it says right on the webpage when you fill out the application. I think they have some errors on their webpage (for example, in the employment section of the documents upload page, it says to include your resume, but you can't select Resume for document type when you upload - I just selected Business documents and made a comment it's my resume but there is no Resume option in the dropdown), but to be safe, I am going to go by what it says.

Ok, thanks for all the info. One final question for you: did you merge the two pictures (front and back) into one jpeg or one PDF?
