Hi ROH teammates,
Has anyone heard if spouse has a different address in Passport, it will lead to rejection?
Thank you very much for answering.
I have responded here: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-im...tep-instructions.273928/page-903#post-6347861

Don't worry, there is no instruction that says husband and wife must sleep in the same bed daily.lol

So you are good to go. They probably dont even look at those addresses in the passports because people move so many times whereas a passport is valid for many years.

regards

Hey guys,

Hope you had a good weekend. Am I the only one who is suffering from the Monday blues?

Hey tanaka san,

I don't know what's monday morning blues as i am a workaholic but - surely today morning had a hangover.

Then this news - NBPNP is accepting applications and all hangover gone off.

I have read it earlier also. But wanted to confirm again and again. I am waiting in the pool for a long time.. Created my profile in March 2017, with CRS 367. Had taken IELTS thrice to jump to 451 as final CRS in Aug. After I got the results online, 2draws happened, but without TRF, couldn't update my Profile. And finally when TRF came, decided to go to a consultant, so withdrew my profile on last Wednesday, just few hours before the draw.
Now, the consultants are guiding me.. Am almost lost in the journey..

She lived in a different city for 3 months? Does it mean she lived in the country for more than 6 months and changed the address? As far as I know the 6 months rule is for the country not per city. For some countries a PCC is required for the different provinces/regions.
I'd assume that the city being mentioned is within their home country & the pcc issued would have excluded that period ...since it wasn't outside home country they would have overlooked the need for pcc for that period..
In India,if one collects pcc through the passport issuing department, it will cover the whole of the period,no matter where in India that person lived...but the pcc issued by police department / offices will cover only for the period of stay within their jurisdiction...hence any stay outside of that area will be excluded from pcc...

Sir, really appreciate your kind words and giving some hope to me, i was a constant f5 person and it got to me so much that , i have been told by my family, that i am even sleep talking about the immigration process. The rejection actually caused me a lot of depression. I hope, the speculation that the lesser ITA's will be issued and CRS will remain in 430's is wrong and it may drop down so we may get another chance.
is there any ban on you if not relax you are one of the people who got the ITA I am waiting for ages (3 months LOL) for my ITA...I know it's difficult everyone on this forum can empathise with you....

It just feeling lazy and low...lol

Great news. Hope many of the people here will benefit.

All the best

Hi, i am unable to post picture of the rejection letter, As per my consultant, the PCC from any city/ area was not required if the applicant or spouse has lived there for less than 06 months. In my case, my spouse lived in another city for 3 months after being 18 years. Unfortunately, that became the reason of rejection that the PCC for 03 months was not provided & hence your application is not complete. It was unfortunate.
I am in pool again with 425 CRS score, and not at all excited looking at the upward trends of the draws
1st are you from India and second consultants are all shit and by the way, I have consultant myself but I have experienced a lot without any ITA, feel like cheated but can't do anything now, just be aware now and make sure that you along with your consultant check everything and you will be good to go....best of luck
