Just a little more patience and the draw will happen! Hopefully today in exactly 48 minutes.
Does anyone knows what happens when instructions are posted on CIC website with cut off score then how long do people wait until they get notification that they are invited and can start application? Is this gonna happen same day or later on?

The send emails to everyone in up to 24h saying they received an ITA.

I actually admire everyone here... I wouldn't have patience or nerve to resit IELTS or try to increase score. I am quitter haha but everyone here are amazing. you don't need Canada, Canada needs YOU!

Hahaha.. this made me think of this picture! I think its perfect, you can see it two way! See how the colorful rainbow is coming in, and straight dead line coming out.. thats negativity... for example our friend overhere @KiranK just made a rainbow here from a straight line!! And thats where the true power is.

Sitting at 403 is like being on an emotional rollercoaster. I definitely feel hopeful when I see positive comments saying that it will reach 400 by end of July-Aug, but in reality, like today or past a couple of days, it is a bummer.

It has already been planned. Aren't you in? With all of us, I mean the optimists among us!!
At least the 400+ CRSes one, with ITAs in July, COPR in December and landing in Feb/March 2018.
The Yukon party is scheduled in the last week of March/first week of April, and it isn't as unpredictable as IRCC's draws .
We shall then join the 350+ CRSers in the subsequent visits, as alumni.
