I know that one...very similar to the day 14 of us were sat in a room refreshing the page waiting for the UK IEC visas. 2000 visas went in 8 minutes!!!

I really don't think there's going to be a draw. They still have that damn 'technical issue' with express entry thing up in the login page. Unless that thing goes away, nothing is gonna happen.
For f* sake, I don't understand why would they take one whole MONTH! to update and resolve issues. I could have done it manually for each and every applicant within this time.

I am no technical expert but isn't this massive profile updates expected before they push out the new ranking system?
For a month time, still cannot resolve a foreseen technical difficulty??

Now with Holidays getting closer and closer, I don't think these government workers have much motivation to work harder unless there is pressure from above.

One thing is obvious. With CIC, anything is possible. Just when you think you can 'predict' things with them, they pop a surprise out of their hat. PNP only draw. No regular draw for weeks. Technical issues. Everything is so unpredictable!

No wonder they need skillful resources to fix their technical difficulties.
Lower the points and raise the quota CIC.

Yep, I don't have much trust in the Canadian government's IT system.

Even the BC PNP's site, one of the most stable website so far, they couldn't even update a html table properly. Looks like they are hiring high schoolers as interns to do the update. smh.
