Its more likely the points cut off for next draw would be above 500, maybe even above 510.
I hope the points reduces for the consecutive draws. I have no idea what its going to be next year.
Since they have to meet a certain no this year, the points may reduce, but only two draws left.

I was going through some recent posts on this thread. Just wondering where have all the analysts gone, who projected draws and numbers fairly well within the range of actual draws. The posts were good.

First they had 750 itas draws for more than 6 months and now they have issues with programming. In total, less people were invited through EE than last year.

What is it that suppose to happen so we realize that they are killing this program.

It is too many immigrants in Canada, Canadians say. Politicians listen to their voters.

Its not about too many immigrants. They admitted 25K syrian refugees that cuts the economic immigrant target thats why they were drawing 750. If it was because of too many immigrants mcccullam would not have said that canada needs more immigrants and he increased economic immigrants targets and said this is the minimum we will build our numbers more from here it means there will much higher targets in coming yrs.

And we have seen now from last few draws that the number of ITAs have gone up these all are positive indicators that the govt wants more immigrants.

it could be , you never know . i know alot of people who went above 500 score after 19th Nov.

So before Nov 19 they were not in the pool? Because if they were their scores were at least 470 and they would have been already cleared!

No idea if today will be the day of a draw. Sort of fed up with this "called a CIC Agent and he said this and that" kind of thing. It seems like if they say all of that crap, they don't know what they are talking about. But I do not want to get my hopes up for today.

No need to do that.
Even if your profile will become ineligible because it will expire, you will still be able to go in it and check up what you have written and where. It is just a bit hassle to operate with 2 EE profiles opened at the same time.

Do you have a nomination? If not then it's just 30 mins of hassle... If so then it can be a MASSIVE hassle. The guys who got OINP noms just before their profile expired are in an endless wait to get the NoMs moved to their new profiles... Some as log as 45 days!!!

If the cut off for next draw is 500+, there must be 2500+ profiles with 470+ points at the moment, which is impossible because they would've got ITA in the last draw.

Hence, the cut off can be at most 499, but I think 490 will be more likely.

Dont jump into conclusion without doing some maths or simple logic analysis first.
