In the last draw, the cut off score was 480+ and that resulted in 2,000 invites....So to get the cut off score lower, they will need to invite a lot more...2,500? 3,000?

The last draw was 1000. That's 250 more than the last 6ish month's average.

When it was 1500 ITAs, the score was hovering around 460.

It would be awesome but I think the minimum score is gonna increase after they communicate the international students changes.
In my opinion, it's fair once an international student spend a lot of money in Canada although it won't be good for people around the world.

No! They just said that they will communicate the changes during fall. It means after Sept 22sd. ???

Nobody knows! They haven't announced anything so far.

The "CIC guy in the video" said cut off score will drop to 400 with the rise of ITA, but he didn't know back then that there will be bonus points for students, people with siblings, people speaking French. Therefore, cut off score will definitely not decrease.
