Guys, one thing I've been wondering lately: the 2020 targets for Federal High Skill (FSW, FST, CEC) is 85,800 and for PNP is set to 67,800.

Now, are these 67,800 counting PNPs that have Express Entry streams? I mean, if for example I get an EOI from Alberta EE Stream, apply, and get the 600 additional points in my EE profile (therefore, receives an ITA), I will be counted towards the 85,800 or the 67,800 target?

Is the 67,800 only counting PNPs that are not related to EE?

All these sudden 470 plus CRS dudes can possibly go to Hawaii or may be Bermudas, relax there some time and then come back to EE
Had enough of them. Many applicants climbed a mountain to get the IELTS done but these new dudes are able to max it out with ease.
The earlier first come first serve method seems to be better lately
But seriously not sure from where only all these new dudes come and make everyone's life hell
Lots of Canadian new grads like myself after 1 year experience "suddenly appear", generally with good English since they've been here pretty long, adapting to the culture. Also around end of last year, people saw score rising to 470s so more people are aware of needing a higher score.

Obviously. I think panic regarding high scores since late last year had a great inclination for the surge as you mentioned too. People with high 460’s reappeared and even those in 470 did same out of nervousness but then, we will all be fine. Fingers crossed. B2b tomorrow hopefully

Next draw is will be 467- 468. 4500 ITAs
I think most people in 467/468 increased their scores hence, got ITA already.

Well...
we can only hope but i see it differently because it’s been a long time we saw that score range thus, that score range must have been crowded and even if it happens, the tiebreaker rule might be massive. Lets continue to keep the hope alive

Why would you think most people in the 467/468 have improved their scores? I would bet the vast majority of applicants do not ever upgrade their scores, actually.

Sincerely a lot of candidates increased their scores and still doing that so that isn’t debatable

You mean an Alberta EE stream nomination would be counted in the PNP target?
I am just curious about what kind of candidates Alberta EE stream looking for. I have Bachelor degree from Alberta and one year Canada work experience. My NOC is 1112 and point is 470 but I don't get a invitation from Alberta since last Oct 2019.

Very true, people are realizing that cut off is creeping up so everyone is trying to raise their score which is pretty obvious. I started with 457 then wrote ielts then got 468 which was not enough after 2nd week of October 2019 ....then again wrote ielts got 471 and got ITA eventually. But I feel like cut offs will be hovering around 469-475 until FST draw.
