Hello friends,

Just a quick question for EE profile work experience. What happens if one of the two jobs you submitted did not match the NOC when they evaluate, but the other one matched and fulfilled the 3 year requirement? Will they reject the whole application? Thank you.
Use letter of explanation to stress this very clearly so they understand that you did meet this requirement with the 1 job...and that's why you chose that NOC/claimed those points..and field you plan to continue in once in Canada

My score is 456 and only option is to get CLB10, but it is really challenging to get 7.5 from writing. Therefore, I am waiting patiently. I believe that ITA numbers will increase, this is obvious from the graph below: InshAllah, we will get ITA!

InshAllah, we will get ITA!
InshAllah
forever hopeful

They will assess your experience based on your chosen primary NOC and it has to matched 80% of your work duties and responsibilities.

If your work exp duties do NOT matched with your primary NOC, IRCC will reject your application as it will be treated as misrepresentation.

There are alot of rejection based on unmatched NOC code with work experience duties. So, choose your NOC wisely.
t will be a simple refusal and not a misrepresentation.

Currently at 456 and losing hope; just registered for IELTS again, I can go up to 459 if I max out (L9, W9, S9, R9)

Wish me luck, guys.
Good luck buddy. But btw, how is your crs only 456 since you have a master degree and 6+year work experience? Given my situation, I have the same education level and work experience with you and also live outside Canada. I got 465 with spouse.

Does it mean the entire application will be refused, even if one of the jobs submitted met the NOC description and the 3-year requirement? Thanks a lot.
3 years of work experience fetches you the maximum CRS points. So, you can simply disclose only those 3 years in EE profile for the purpose of gaining CRS points. Every job that you disclose in EE profile has a corresponding NOC and they all have to match the job duties under the same NOCs.

I am not clear on what you meant by 'entire' application. I am yet to see a fragmented application ;-)

Probably your spouse added to your score with good ielts+masters. Otherwise, if a spouse couldn't achieve clb 6 or higher it makes your CRS weaker than without a spouse.I m on the same boat, cause my spouse only has clb 5, hence im waiting to the next draws patiently.

Haha sorry wrong statement. What I meant was the possibility of CIC to consider the job that matched the NOC when making the decision, while ignoring the one that didn't. So I guess they should all align with the NOC job descriptions in order to get a positive result. Otherwise, I should just leave out the job I am having second thoughts about.
