Seems like no draw today !!!

I think CIC wants to maintain score above some level hence no draw today. Score would have gone below 460 if there was any draw today so no draw today !!! Disappointing !!!

Why do they want to maintain high scores can someone explain it to me? Is it because of the elections so that after the election a draw would drop the scores or is it gona be like this for sometime as it happened 3 years ago and remained high for 1.5 year
