Has anyone noticed the number of candidates in 451-600 range is almost consistent in last 4-5 draws? it is around 6,500 to 7,000. And it is abnormal because the rate of increase of candidates in 451-600 region is not similar. Let's assume we are getting 3600 460 up candidates in every 2 weeks periods because the current influx of candidates are high and people are more interested. So there should be increased number of candidates in all CRS score points since May, example 451 452 to 457. And in the same rate the persons between 451 to 456 or 457 would have been around 20,000. Cause if more people are interested, then why only the constant increase in the crs range above 460? Why not in 451 to 457?

There might be only just 2 explanation:
1. A good number of people is rejecting their ITA for some unknown reasons.
2. There are loads of fake profiles are in the pool to raise the CRS score. May be by CIC or any other group of people.

" cause anybody can open their express entry profile no matter what their crs score is, just after getting ielts score and eca number. So as the current crisis suggests, the candidates in the pool should have surpassed 300,000. But it is not.

I have a little doubt. I received my ITA in the last draw. I am the main applicant and the funds are me and my husband's joint account. I was thinking of showing just this account for POF. But I need to show my husband's bank statements for employment proof which will be another bank account on his name. Can I show only one bank account for POF and at the same time show another bank account's statements in the employment section?
Please help!

That's why there should be a fee or some sort of initial scrutiny while opening a profile.

I honestly don't see any issue here. I think it's just fine to show your husband's acc just to prove his financial story.
I have another question for you. You're the main applicant and you show as a pof you own account? Or his account to which you have an access? I'm doubtful about Pof as i don't have an account, but my husband has.

Pool distribution published is not for the date on which draw is held. Date of pool distribution is 5-6 days before draw date.

Provinces are known to approve a lot of applications one or two days before draw.
