Hey, I wasn't following the thread for awhile. Congrats on the OINP!! :)
Thanks a lot bro. I filed my application on 26 Aug and God permitting, all shall fall in place from here on.

I'm actually born in Canada so don't do much research into these numbers. I occasionally monitor this thread for other family members in India. Nonetheless I had edited my post saying that if his numbers are false then that's a different story.

In the past I have seen him make posts that can be seen as negative or it seem liked he enjoyed bragging about being right about a high draw. I was just pointing out that in this case he was providing what he considered evidence for his beliefs. If others can prove that those numbers are wrong then @facethereality should also man up and admit he could be mistaken.
By quoting an example I did prove that he's wrong. Also, the figures and graphs presented have been wrongly interpreted and people who don't have much knowledge will certainly see their sh|t turn white after looking at that post. However, the individual won't take responsibility and admit that he misquoted.

I noticed he has not responded to that since it was pointed out. Though I didn't have to go through this process myself I have family members who did, so its not like I have zero idea of what stress people go through. I think a balanced approach is needed, blind faith is not good either, "god" cannot help you....the score will be what it is and people need to make sure they are doing what they can to have the highest score that is feasible for them.
However there is a proper way to get your points across and that's where face the reality comes short.

I used to come here for hope and now the past few days, I've been disappointed with the things I'm seeing people post on here.

Bro just take a break , make a list of movies you have not watched and go watch them instead of spending time reading negativity on here and tune back to new thread next week for some good positive news and INSHALLAH when that happens the negative personalities will just disappear. No need to give them any importance, troll like facethereality try to feed on display of disappointment. Yes he is no alter ego he is just a troll. Try not to think about negative posts or draw for a while and you will feel alot positive.

If getting an ITA is written for us then no person or power can take that away from you. Give your best to maximize CRS if you have done your best just sit back and enjoy your hard work will get rewarded

Hello Guys,

I'm asked to upload a police clearance certificate from Iraq where I used to worked more than 11 months during electronic AOR application.

Based on the CIC instruction says that You do not have to provide a PCC from Iraq unless We asked for one,

So that I'm fairly confused, Should I write down that As per IRCC instructions, I do not need to submit a police certificate from Iraq with my application at this time" on a blank piece of paper and upload it in the Police Certificate section.

Or Should I try to get a letter from embassy of Iraq that They can not issue a PCC for a non-iraqi citizen etc.

What do you suggest to me friends?

I experienced it before for my country PCC, just write an LOE to explain you don't need one and put a screenshot of the CIC instruction

They will ask for additional document request after your medical pass or in between

Thank you very much, So you advice me to write LOE in this time, what if I get a letter by Embassy of Iraq that They can not issue a pcc as I'm not citizen of Iraq, Will they ask again afterwards?

If they will ask again in the first scenario ? What do I suppose to do?

I’m sorry to say this but some people is just childish
If they see someone say something I don’t like Or disagre with they attacked him and the sulk

Those who think numbers will not drop have The logic on the Side
Other party who thinks numbers will drop-down they have the hope in the side
So pick and choose what ever you wish
Nobody I mean nobody need to consult you about what is going to post

Personally I don’t think it’s easy for the numbers to go below for 460
And those who have less Score Should not build to much hope on it
And if you can do anything to raise your numbers do it as soon as possible don’t wait
That’s what I think if you like it’s good if you don’t like it I don’t care and I don’t want to hear you telling me off because simply it’s not your job

Read it and understand the difference, seriously read both of them.

I guess I have a balanced view on both sides.

I’ve been following ROH from 119 to 125 and now 126. I appreciate all the support and positive vibes I got and/or observed from ROH people, and I also appreciate those so-called ‘negativity spreaders’ who are, in fact, also necessary and important contributors in this forum.

Neither of the two sides are 100% right or wrong all the time. Gaining information and balanced perspectives from both sides is exactly what I need and find helpful. When I was struggling with IELTS or became extremely anxious because of a sudden increase in cut-off, I do need the comfort and ‘good luck’ ‘don’t worry’ ‘ITAs will increase in the coming draws’ blessings as my emotional support. However once I get through the hard feelings, I must start to consider what if the worst scenario happens and what I can do to maximize my chances.

I don’t really believe in luck but rather my own efforts will take me to my desired destinations. I find navinball’s & facethereality’s postings sometimes informative and critical therefore I appreciate their contribution in this thread as much as other solid contributors. However every time when the keyboard fight starts, both sides might get emotional and become purely sarcastic towards each other and that is, to be frankly, the real ‘buzz killer’ and the most useless and annoying thing I’ve seen in ROH threads. (And yes when I ‘liked’ or in supportive of some of their postings I do worry if I will be labeled as ‘one of them’ simply by doing so and I don’t feel right about this either. Sometimes I feel it is kind of ‘political correctness’ in ROH threads to oppose them. )

I agree people should hold hope and support each other here in ROH, and I also agree that people need to face the reality, give up faked hope, and fight for themselves in the competition of EE. When good things happen such as unexpected B2B draw, increased draw size, PNP NOI, or sudden drop in cut-off, we should all celebrate in ROH for people who finally make it through to their chances; but we MUST NOT COUNT ON these external factors and do prepare for the worst scenarios.

When I see a person saying “I’m losing hope at 440” I expect replies are like “hang in there buddy and let’s see if there’s any thing you can do to improve your score” but not only “you’ll be good, don’t give up” (no use) or simple “no faked hope for you, stop dreaming” (no use as well). Positive vibes are good and make us feel better but might not be helpful; curing medicine most likely bitters but not all things that bitter are curing medicines.
