Sorry to hear. Congrats on today's draw!
If you don't mind sharing, what did your PCC not have?
Thank you so much!
In my country, they issue PCC as per the permanent address on your National ID document. I have two CNIC. One from before I got married and one from after (which has my new permanent address). My PCC, issued on my new cnic only mentioned the period since I moved to this new address and does not mention the period prior to that. IRCC rejected the application stating that the PCC needs to cover all the years I spent in my country since I turned 18. So now I also have to get another PCC issued on my old CNIC that has my old address where I stayed all the years before I got married.
I am not sure how it works in other countries though. :)

Yeah that's weird. Must be country specific.
Anyways at least you have all your paperwork. Good luck!!

But isn’t the PNP route kind of a scam?

For example, if I look up an occupation in demand in Canada and make an experience letter regarding it. Even though I belong to a different profession, it will be easy for me to immigrate to Canada. I think a lot of people are opting for this route. Which is causing deserving candidates in the pool lag behind.

Well, it all depends on how honest you are to yourself. Cic is secondary of course.
Are you interested in moving to Canada to work for IRCC? Then your question makes sense. Except that, I have no idea why you would get into that sort of thinking. PNP is not a scam from the government's PoV. They are looking to get people with certain skills in that region based on whatever data they have. Candidates conning the government is a given.

Any score above the minimum is a definite
But looks like I missed the time of ITA release by 30 mins (Profile submitted at IST 12:05 am, they released the cut off on September 18, 2019 at 17:52:51 UTC, it is around 30 mins difference) Any luck? Or will it be eligible for the next draw

Totally unfortunate. :(
Also, the profile page shows any time stamp or shall I go with email receipt timelines to confirm my profile submission time.
