Hello,
Please help me in this matter if someone has submitted their file. I am worried about something.
I opened my account 1 or 2 times and it was ok, documents was submitted . Now whenever i open after the option continue nothing is opening , other immigration options are opened. Is anything wrong? I am confused

NEED SOME HELP

1. I have decided to show my sister's Tax paying (T4) as proof of residency. The date mentioned in the document is April 11, 2019. So 6 months from this date is October 11, 2019. If I receive ITA and submit this T4 with a couple of weeks delay, will that be a problem ?

2. She received a new credit card in July. The letter mentions her name, her Canadian address but no date. As bank letters don't have a date. The credit card is attached with the letter. Will this document suffice along with the T4?

3. I will also be showing her credit card statement. Which mentions her name, address and date. Will it be okay to blur/blot the transactions in the statement ?

1. A T4 slip is issued once a year, usually around Tax filing season in April. You cannot get a more recent one. So better get payslips as they're issued on a monthly basis.
2. Not really. However a bank or credit card statement showing her name and address would be a lot better since it shows transactions made inside Canada such as Groceries, gas, bills, etc.
3. See point (2)

These are the documents I submitted to show my sister's living in Canada:
1. Job letter mentioning what she does and where her employer is located as well as her salary.
2. Payslips.
3. Monthly parking permit.
4. Electricity bill in her name.

Please don't attach your sister's credit card or even mention it's number.

She is unemployed. And lives at her friend’s house. What now ?

And what about redacting the transactions ?

What about IELTS? If you can't get the same score which got you the NOI?
Well, IELTS scenario is completely different my friend. If your IELTS score has got expired before the submission of your PNP application and as a result, your profile has become ineligible, then don't worry you can make a new EE profile with the updated IELTS score. Yes, you can still claim the NOI.

The main thing is "Whether you're still eligible for the PNP route with the low IELTS scores or not?"

AFAIK, Its quite tricky situation. As per my understanding and the OINP guidlines(if your NOI is from Ontario) the minimum band score required for its PNP program is CLB 7 or above. Even, the respective customer representatives will tell you the same thing and for them what all matters is "a valid EE profile and the Notification Of Interest - NOI".

So, taking this thing into consideration, if that's true then you can still apply under Ontario's PNP stream for the nomination with lower CLB than the previous one. However, I'm quite sceptical about it, because your CRS will be highly affected.
So, my recommendations to you are:

1) Try your best to achieve the same CLB as you had before.

2) Contact your province, from which you received the NOI, for the detailed answers by reaching to them on the given numbers on their websites. Only this way you can get an affirmative resolution regarding your scenario.

Good luck to you. :)

I need some advice on IELTS. I am at 456 and I got 9, 8.5, 8 and 7 in ielts first attempt. I was aiming for a 7.5 in writing but messed up with too much erasing, rewriting etc in my essay paper based test. I am thinking if I should sit for the computer based ielts next weekend and try for a better score which will improve my crs score by 3 points or should I wait till next week and see if the crs draw comes down to 456. I submitted in mid July, so a tie breaker is also scary. Please suggest.

Book your test after Wednesday.

If you think you are capable of getting a 7.5 then do go for it.

You will get your result within one week with the computer based IELTS. And if you succeed, you can modify your profile before the next draw in September.

Not to forget if the draw’s are done bi weekly. Good luck!

Just curious, why CanPR did not update the score this week? Clearly, it will grow if the draw did not happen this week

Why would you do that? The whole point is to show that she's spending money in Canada at Canadian stores. You can have a Canadian credit card and use it in other countries. Just hide the all but the last 4 digits to prevent misuse and explain why you did so in the LOE. It also can be her bank account if she's using her debit card.

- Does she pay any bills? Phone?
- Has she been to the doctor and paid any fees and gotten a receipt with her name on it?

Instead of credit card info, a void cheque will be sufficient to show her address and being in Canada along with her PR card copy and any above-noted bill on her name.

They predicted last draw's cut off 457??It depends only on CIC.No one now's better than CIC.So better to hope for positive things.

Makes sense. I will show her T4 along with the credit card statement.

- She does not. She lives with her friend.
- Not recently
