In my own opinion, if u give your predictions today is not bad as there is already a tie breaking rule as at today. So people entry the pool from tomorrow doesn't have a chance of getting the ITA because of the tie breaking rule, so today will be the best time for your prediction I think.
Why people entering from tomorrow do have chance to get ITA. Even the ones who enter the pool few hours before the draw with CRS higher than cutoff will get an ITA.

You're right at point. The tiebreaker/cutoff time should exclude all applications filed after that time, just like the cutoff score.

That's not true bro, if u did not enter the pool before the tie breaking time ,even if u have higher cut off,u won't get ITA in that particuar draw....Pls research better

Tie breaking date is for the candidates lying on lowest CRS score (465 in last draw)
For example tie breaking date was 6th jun in last draw, then anybody entering in pool on 7th June with a score 466 or higher would have gotten the ita by now
Completely wrong! Tie-breaking rule is not applicable to the high CRS holders than the draw cut-off. It works only for those who have the same score as of the draw cut-off!
Dear I was also in same position in feb on 444.after eca from ces i got master now 451.my suggestion to you go with ces better. You will get you report in 12 weeks.

Exactly! When something has to happen it will happen rightaway. Noone can stop/force it from happening!! Its just a matter of time.. Once the right time comes we all will witness the triumph and so an ecstatic life.
I too have experienced such signs given by God. I believe each individual present in this thread must have a different story.. We must understand these messages of God stating - "Something better or even bigger is coming towards us!"
Thus, have patience guys. Be hopeful everyone and lift up your spirits.
By no means am I a pessimist but here's my take.It is possible to apply for jobs in Canada while sitting in your home country through Job portals but chances are slim to none that you would get an offer unless you are highly educated and experienced in a field which requires tremendous technical knowledge and the candidates are rare to be found with such high qualification . Moreover even if you get an offer , The employer would have to then file an LMIA ( labor market impact assessment ) in order to prove it to the Canadian government that they don't find an eligible candidate in Canada who's suitable for the position inspite of conducting numerous interviews, hence they are calling you from your home country. Now practically there are huge number of immigrants who apply to jobs on regular basis being there living in Canada ( I am not considering Native Canadians yet ) and still they pass through a lot of struggle before securing a Job, Now do you really thing that you'd be selected while sitting in your home country wherein, there are thousands of immigrants trying hard to secure a Job who've already landed ! Please note that this is my perspective and I am by no means an authority on this .you can try for yourself. All the Best
You are wrong friend. Tie breaker applies only for candidates with CRS equal to cutoff score.
it was very sad that b2b didn’t happen yday. it could have benefited folks in range 459-465 as the current CRS is 465
Let’s say that this b2b will now happen when the current CRS would be around 461, then it will pick candidates of more lower range ie 456-461.
So in a way we can say that non occurrence of b2b yesterday may prove beneficial to candidates in range of 456-461 in future
