Sadly not only is it possible, but it is already happening. I have no words for such practices. Whether CIC would do something about it is also beyond our control.

Look man, sometimes things just aren’t meant to be. It isn’t worth losing sleep over.

If it happens, it happens. If not, make the most of what God has given you. If you have three meals a day, a roof over your head and clothes to wear, you’re doing better than most of the world. Be thankful for what you have than spend your time worrying about what could be.

Honestly, this draw a not surprise. 20 points increase for a 4 week gap. But this breaks the shackles a bit. Scores will come down to 460s in the next draw and stabilize at 450's. 440's folks, time to play hard game and bump your scores if you are serious about Canada.

They issue ITAs keeping multiple factors in check (declining ITAs, rejected applications, fake profiles, etc.). Hence, the number of ITAs being issued keeps changing after a time period as they re-assess based on history.

Cic is already meeting it's target's in spite of what's going on in pool, so they don't bother
 
Lets calm down guys. It's not the end of the world and we just don't know the pool distribution. It could all come down sooner than we may think.

People with 450+, like seriously relax and take a chill. Wait for sometime you'll get it.

Most probably during the second half Q3 & Q4!

i see what you mean but i really can't help myself! i entered the pool extremely confident with 450 ! i convinced my husband not to sit for the TEF nor apply for anECA . we sold our cars to have sufficient funds and i prepared all the documents. after a few draws i started doubting my score so i asked my husband to do the tef . Meanwhile the score was getting down slowly but surely. Only when it gets to 450 the 4 week gap takes place. Fortunately my husbad's results were out on monday and we gOt 10 extra points . Now at 460 and the score is up again . i feel like i'm on a wild-goose chase
