There's a rule to protect this but I don't know if it is after you receive ITA or AOR
After ITA, birthday factor won't affect the CRS.

After AOR, all scoring factors are locked anyways.

If you want to be sure, you can inform OINP that your profile was submitted as non accompanying spouse and mention the CRS score and tell them now you are adding spouse and the CRS score would be (new CRS). Confirm if the new CRS would cause any issue. If they confirm then you are good.
I did that i emailed them mentioned that my initial profile was as non accompanying spouse, but now i will be accompanying spouse and want to include him in my application, due to that my CRS will drop would that be a issue, They are like no adding spouse will not affect anything. however i did not mention the exact CRS numbers
Also i called, i told the rep that this is the score now but it will be this adding spouse, She said it wont be a problem as she confirmed with her manager

It’s just the designated province that you would like to live. It doesn’t matter for non-PNP program (EE’s CEC or FSW).

In your earlier post you mentioned that OINP stated 'applying as accompanying spouse for onip after receiving the NOI is perfectly fine as soon as you met the criteria when NOI received initially'.

I understood the above statement as
'You can add spouse after receiving NOI but the applicant should still match the criteria under which NOI has been received'.

So what was the criteria under which you got OINP invite? Did the criteria have anything to do with CRS?

Ok, i got that, but i meant after recieving the NOI CRS will not be an issue as i understood from the response from ONIP, as ONIP HCP criteria does not have the CRS requirement mentioned on website to be eligible under CEC or FSW. But for NOI they did posted a range of CRS.

The details about the CRS range (439-448) invited is clearly mentioned in the draw published on the website. So, that's a criteria under which you got the NOI. So once you add spouse if the CRS goes below 439, they can reject your application.

That is why i was concerned. but why did they say that it will be ok
They said it is fine if you still meet the criteria which means if your score increased from 439 to 443 when you added spouse, then it would still be good.

You can either ask them specifically mentioning the CRS change due to adding spouse or you can actually take a risk and apply and see if it works out.

No it is dropping in 420s, so that will be different. if it will be negative(refused), would there be any negative affect for my future applications because of it

No. You might lose the OINP fees in the worst case.

So how do i get to manitoba?
? I don’t get you, man. If you are invited by CEC or FSW, you don’t have the obiligation to live in any particular province. You can choose whatever province you like to live. But I heard it’s better to land in the province you picked in EE application; after all, you don’t need to worry if you are under CEC or FSW.
