Honestly, I was expecting the score to drop below 440 in this draw since I felt all 440s would have been cleared in the last draw. Now it doesn't look like the score will go below 440 this year

You do understand that the draw before (nr. 102) happened after less than 2 weeks (it happened after 1 1/2 weeks and there was a FST draw just before it). Yet the drop was not significant there. I think IRCC is trying to catch up the nomination target since we're close to year end already.
I mean, I cannot think of a reason for a back-to-back Monday draw as oppose to a 16-day draw pattern in the past.
Therefore my conclusion is: they are not going to skip any draws, but cannot rule out the possibility of a 16-day draw.

Guys, any chances for CEC program specific draws anytime sooner? I don't think they had any over last couple of years I guess, so it's high time for one.
