Raising CSE....Help Needed

We filed PR application for my brother on 29-Dec-18 which was the last day for submitting the documents. However the medical proof submitted was missing the second page at the time of filing. We have now arranged for the complete medical proof. Should we raise a CSE to submit the complete document or the first page of the medical proof is sufficient.

Does the first page has doctors sign or acknowledgement. Suggest you include page 2 via CSE.

The first page has the doctor's stamp on it.....however some of the tests conducted are missing on page 1....thats y thinking of scanning again.

Although they require only the barcode/reference on the top of first page but you should include the whole document if test results continue on the next page.
