Almost immediately like in my case. I had a good discussion with the officer and got her number so I was able to contact her directly with email as well, all through the final stages. So, I'd say it depends on the person handling your case.How long it takes to make a decision after sending them the additional documents?

No they just sent an email asking to confirm that i am still working there and asked for last three statements of earning.Did they call you and your employer?
