AINP Received - 17 Feb , 2016
Nomination Got - 14 Feb, 2017
Work permit expires- 19 Feb,2017

No, my file was received on Dec 8, so i still have a long wait.

For international student, what i know is not. But for pgwc, they can change. You can compare the requirements between Intl' student and pgwc from website, pgwc only requires full time job when applying, but Int'l student is permanent full time, which also needs employer support.
