I have a question , i applied for express entry like 10 months ago didnt get anything , but got my AOR AND R10 ok in my gcms , but the question is i applied my AINP in aug 6,2014 under skilled category , and they already reached 29 july , problem is my work visa expiring in july ,so i m planing to apply for an open work visa ( bridiging work visa) before my work visa expires , i m on LMIA work visa and i have a confusion , if i get open work visa , is that gonna effect on my AINP or my AINP gonna be cancle ?
Any thoughts guys ?

if you have open work visa, and still working, it will not effect on your AINP application

it is cold-bloodedness ! you will not get AINP as well!
I will move to Vancouver anyway, my GF break up with me almost same time as I know I am been xxx by AINP
Back plan is get visitor record and get a girl who are international student or has PR card , I has only half year time to do so..
if not, then go back home country, it is ok, not best choose , not worst

don't lose hope.one of my frnd approached mla just 15 days before their work prmt expired and got nomination.so pls try to approach ur mla and hope for best

After 22 month wait, an AINP officer just let me know:
Just got off the line with the AINP program officer, she has again confirmed that there is nothing we can do to identify your application as high priority, it needs to be processed according to its position in the queue to maintain the integrity of the program. Not even a call to the Premiere of Alberta would result in your application moving forward in the queue.


not a front desk, an AINP officer said go home is an most likely option right now !

not surprise ! begin of this year, I am aware I will not get any news from them !

Dont lose hope. one of my friends applied ainp 3 months after me in same category (intl grad EDS) but he got it just after 6 months because his wp was expiring. he got ainp in mail only 3 days before wp expiry and i am still waiting after 22 months. they Do consider wp expiry date

AINP change rules each month, so what you said is months, half year or years ago, right now, AINP don't give a sh.it about work permit expires ..

I just heard a rumor that Ainp has two groups of officers are woking on cases under EDS, one group is focusing on applications between 2014-2015(before they stop accepting new applicants ), and other groups are woking on applications after 2016 27th Jan.

Does anyone know about this?

i got a invitation to apply for ontario, and i submitted my application for ONIP well in time (28th January 2016).

it has been more than 90 days ( actually 122) and i havent heard anything from them. ( no AOR).

i wrote to them on this on 5th may and i got a reply that i would be responded to within 15 days. A month has passed since then and i got nothing from their end.

is this normal?

any advises, may thanks.

Hi Superdad,
As far as I know, OINP is still processing AoR for Dec 2015. So I think you still have to wait more as they have a high volume of application.
