We have to wait till tomorrow and see. It is not for sure what the new rules are going to be. Nothing is official yet. Maybe they will decide not to accept any applications until those in the queue are cleared.

Why do you think that things are going to change with AINP? I am yet to see anybody provide a link to the source of this topic.

maybe nothing will change in any AINP Streams or Categories , just reopen to accept new applications

What you need to include in your application package are explained in the application guide. As for the IELTS score, yes you need to include them.
