i agree and its case to case basis here i guess as my new work permit will expire by april next year and its my 4 years working here..probably, their looking into some more back ground check and family history i believe when i applied i include information of all my relatives, in law, mom, niece, cousins,etc. whom i known and most of them we're living in same city.

just my thoughts...

How recent are you talking about?

Someone who I know got her nomination last week and she works as a food service supervisor under employer driven category. She applied on 29th of Nov. But last week was before the ainp announce that industry thing.

As far as I think that is employer driven stream with last 5 numbers and you got only four cuz u r srs stream and also your file starts with 7915 instead of 7911 as in EDS.

Also I cant recall exactly but Iamaryans already received nomination before thanksgiving holiday.

I think you are ,My work permit going to end feb2015 may be thats y they goona delay the process.Sanjjh when your work permit going to end?

I called ainp a while ago asking what kind of industries is gonna be affected by the new announcement and he said he can't tell. Of course they can't. Why did I even call them?
