quorax and all seniors regarding federal court please do reply

hi quorax ,
as i explained in my privious topic that my case was denied due to points cause they haven't awarded me points for AEO .but now after 2 months since i have filed for federal court.there lawyer is ready to settle the case without going to federal court as they agreed that its a error.so they will offer me aeo points and send case back to ottawa.
anybody have idea that how much time still they will take from here onwards as nothing was pending on my file.
all seniors please do reply as my student visa is expiring very soon.

hi everyone .nobody knows about how long it takes to process the case once the settlement is done in federal court.than once they send back the file how long is the process.
is it like nobody on this forum has an idea about it.
