I have been in Canada for 7 years and Canadian citizen. My brther is going to apply under close relative stream and i will be supporting him.
My question is does he still have to show settelment funds even i will be financially support him and the other question about EOI education
He has almost completed 2 years of 4 years bachelors.
Should we select post secondary incompleted or
2 or more years of post secondary education.
