Questions on filling out reciept of paying processing fee

I have paid the processing feel CAD1,040 online and got a printout reciept. Now I have to fill in it. Payer information: the payer means the credit card holder, or the person who apply for the soponsorship?

Put the details of the cardholder. CIC does not care if the sponsor paid or the applicant paid. All that matters is that someone paid!
