Problems with receipt PLEASE HELP :)

I have paid the visa fees using my mother in law's credit card now I have printed the receipt I'm filling out the boxes it says above 'PAYER INFORMATION' so do I put my mother in laws details as the credit card is hers or put my wife's details who is the sponsor and the receipt goes with her forms

It sounds simple but want to make sure I fill it out right

Type in your Sponsors info not your mother's. Many of us had the same dilemma at one time!
