Paying, Filling Out and Sending Reciept

Soooo,

I paid the fees for sponsorship online. My questions are, is the reciept that was E-mailed to me the one I print out to send to Canada. On this reciept it asks for Payer Information, which I loaded up a relatives credit card with my cash, but it is still obviously their name on the card. So whos information goes here? Aswell as the the Client ID number... what am I to put here? Did I get a certain number when I signed up for Ecas? This is the last thing I have to do, I can't wait to be done with these forms!!!!

the client ID # is the same as your PR card number if you have one. but if you don't have it yet, you can leave it blank.
