I am in a odd situation, I am requesting a copy of Invitation via Sponsor your parents grandparents: Find your lost confirmation number page and filling the required information. I am got the response everything matched except the date of birth, please resubmit the request with correct information, this should match the information you have provided to us with your interest.
I am dead sure I am using my correct dob, the only fear i feel is a typo error with dob back in 2020.
How do I contact IRCC to figure this out? I tried calling 1 888 242 2100 and it is all automated. Any suggestions how to reach to real agent?
Alternatively, any email address I can email?
Can web form be used?
Can i submit the application without letter of invitation, with a letter of explanation?
PS: I used the the look up tool with my confirmation i received back in 2020 and it confirms I have been invited.
