Hello all,

My parents got the final immigration visa. So the next step, I suppose, is to land in Canada and receive the confirmation of permanent residence at the landing interview?

Also my parents don't speak English nor French, is there any officer that can help elderly people at the interview?
If they land in my city (Montreal) can I even go inside the airport and help them?

Finally, which documents should they bring when they land?

Thank you! :)

All major airports have translators on hand.

No - you won't be allowed into the customs or immigration area to assist them.

Your parents must have their valid travel passport with the PR visa issued and the COPR document sent by Visa Office when they land.
