Need advice with a question in IMM 0008--General Application form for Canada
My EE Application was initially accepted under Federal Skilled program and now in the final stage of that application when they asked for any update in the status of my Marital Status or to send the Passports I have mentioned that there is an update in my Marital Status.
So now under IMM 0008 form do I need to mention "Economic" as Program under which I am applying and Category as "Skilled Worker". I believe I cannot select Spouse under family class as I am not Permanent Resident yet? Please correct if I am wrong.
